AND CONTRIBUTED TO IDENTIFYING LOCAL PRIORITIES. IN ADDITION, 3,943 CITIZENS BENEFITED FROM CAPACITY BUILDING AND NETWORKING OPPORTUNITIES RELATED TO SOCIAL ENTREPRENEURSHIP, CULTURE, SIGN LANGUAGE, AND NON-DISCRIMINATORY TREATMENT OF ROMA IN COMMUNITIES AND CULTURE
