UNDP BiH Resident Representative
Mrs. Steliana Nedera assumed her duties as UNDP Resident Representative in Bosnia and Herzegovina in May 2019.
Prior to this, Mrs. Nedera undertook three separate assignments as UNDP Deputy Resident Representative in Serbia (2014-2019), in Kosovo* (2011-2014) and in Kazakhstan (2007-2011). She joined UNDP in 2004, as Assistant Resident Representative with the UNDP office in Moldova. Mrs. Nedera’s experience prior to joining UNDP was with DFID as Head of the DFID office in Moldova (2000-2004) and with private foundations on the development of civil society and the media (1996-1999).
Mrs. Nedera holds a Master's in Development Management, currently studying towards a second Master’s in Global Diplomacy and has a Bachelor in Law.

UNDP BiH Deputy Resident Representative
Mr. Sukhrob Khoshmukhamedov assumed his duties in BiH in November 2016.
Prior to his assignment in BiH, Sukhrob worked for three years as Deputy Resident Representative of UNDP in Papua New Guinea and served for eight years as Assistant Resident Representative/Programme of UNDP in Tajikistan, where he coordinated the development of strategic programme directions for the Country Office and represented UNDP in the country on many occasions.
Before joining UNDP in 2004, Sukhrob has worked as a Marketing Director of Indigo Tajikistan, the leading mobile operator in the country. Sukhrob also worked in the past for Aga Khan Foundation, Barents Group Ltd. (the subsidiary of KPMG) and the Government of Tajikistan.
Mr. Khoshmukhamedov was born and raised in Tajikistan and studied in the US. He graduated from the University of Denver’s Graduate School of International Studies and holds the degree of Master of Arts in Global Finance, Trade and Economic Integration.
