Open Call to Civil Society Organisations, Non-Formal Groups and Individuals for Submission of Project Proposals Joint Project of United Nations: „Dialogue for the Future“Nov 10, 2014
The project Dialogue for the Future is a joint initiative of the Presidency of BiH and the United Nations (UN). United Nations Development Programme (UNDP), United Nations International Children’s Emergency Fund (UNICEF) and United Nations Educational, Scientific and Cultural Organization (UNESCO) in cooperation with the Presidency of BiH will work on rising the engagement of citizens in peacebuilding and the improvement of attitudes and opinions on coexistence, trust-building and intercultural understanding through three main components of the project: dialogue platform, grants program and communications, in the course of 18 months.
The United Nations team in Bosnia and Herzegovina announces the public call for civil society organisations, non-formal groups and individuals from Bosnia and Herzegovina, Croatia, Kosovo*, Former Yugoslav Republic of Macedonia, Montenegro, Serbia, Slovenia for project proposal submission in the field of peacebuilding (thematic focus) on the territory of Bosnia and Herzegovina.
Technical documentation including application forms and guidelines for applicants is available on the official UN in BiH website, www.un.ba.
Open days, during which applicants were able to get detailed information and receive answers on potential questions related to preparation of project proposals, have been held in Mostar, Tuzla, Sarajevo and Banja Luka.
The open call within the project Dialogue for the Future was open until December 31, 2014, 14:00.
Due to the high number of applications submitted for grants within ‘Dialogue for the Future’ project, the evaluation has been extended until end of February 2015. Awards will be officially announced in early March 2015.
